- Provision of Independent Legal Advice for guarantors.
- Witnessing Queensland Land Title documents including mortgages and transfers;
- Sign up of loan and mortgage documents; and
- Document certification.
Our service is not limited to loans for Queensland properties. We can witness and provide independent legal advice for all loans.
